Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the eFoilCrew platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

While eFoilCrew is a platform for sharing eFoil and water-sports experiences, we ask that you do not use the platform to encourage or glorify reckless behaviour. This includes promoting riding without appropriate safety equipment, riding in restricted or dangerous areas, or encouraging others to exceed their skill level in unsafe conditions.

We enforce this policy through a graduated response system:

All enforcement actions are logged in our admin audit system. We reserve the right to take any enforcement action at our sole discretion, including actions not listed above, to protect the community.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to us at abuse@foilnexus.com. Include as much detail as possible (screenshots, links, usernames). We review all reports and will respond within 48 hours.

9. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@foilnexus.com within 30 days of the action. Include your username and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect. We will review your appeal and respond within 14 days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
